It is a head-to-head card duel where players battle using Characters, Settings, factions, and Cosmic Energy.
But unlike most card games, you do not gain your main resource by drawing lands, waiting turns, or tracking complicated systems.
You gain power by training.
In Cosmic Absolute: Duel Fitness TCG, exercise is the only resource.
Players perform short bodyweight exercises during the Train Phase to gain Cosmic Energy, also known as CE. That CE is then used to summon Characters, play Settings, and control the battlefield.

Each player uses an 18-card deck made of:
- 12 Character cards
- 6 Setting cards
Characters have ATK and HP.
Settings change the rules of the battlefield for a short time.
Each player can control up to two Characters:
- OFFENSE: the front Character that can attack
- DEFENSE: the back Character that is protected while OFFENSE exists
Every turn follows five simple phases:
- Draw
- Train
- Main
- Battle
- End
During the Train Phase, players perform an exercise to gain CE. During the Main Phase, they spend CE to summon Characters or play Settings. During Battle, one attack is made, and damage happens simultaneously.
The win condition is not based on life points.
You win when your opponent has no Characters remaining anywhere — not in the deck, not in the hand, and not on the battlefield.
